Greeña Colada

Greeña Colada (serves 2-3)

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 frozen bananas

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 scoop Green Vibrance

Handful of ice

Directions: Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smoothe. Pour and enjoy! 

 

Tropical Vibrance Smoothie


 

Ingredients 

1 Banana

1 scoop Vibrance Orange Pineapple

1/2 mango, fresh

1/2 cup pineapple, frozen

1/2 cup Orange juice

1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain

*1 tbsp Chia seed (if desired) 

3 Ice cubes

 

Directions: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smoothe. Sprinkle with chia seed and enjoy! 

Matcha Peachu Bowl


 

Ingredients 

1 Small banana

1 scoop Pro Matcha Vanilla

1 heaping cup peaches, frozen

1 tbsp Honey

1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain non-fat

1/2 cup Ice

Directions 

1. Add all ingredients, except for the honey, to a high speed blender and blend until smoothe. 

2. Garnish with unsweetend coconut flakes, sliced bananas and peaches and drizzle with honey.

1 stick celery

1/2 cup pineapple

1 cup spinach

1/4 cup ice

2/3 cup coconut milk

1 scoop Green Vibrance

1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice

Turmeric Sunrise

 

 

Ingredients 

1 capsule turmeric,opened 

1 slice cantaloupe

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup whole milk yogurt

 

 

Directions: 

Blend above ingredients together. Add 1/2 to glass, then add:

2 capsules Cran Naturelle, opened 

5 strawberries

1/2 cup raspberries

Blend again, and add to glass. Enjoy!

2/3 cup almond milk

1/2 cup strong coffee, chilled

1 tbsp cocoa powder

3 dates

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop Maximum Vibrance, Chocolate
