Glycemic & Greens Smoothie - great for curbing sugar cravings! #vibrantrecipe

Everyone has been buzzing over Glycemic Vibrance recently. Yes, it can be helpful in maintaining healthy glucose levels, especially for those who tend to be on the high side. But, it's also helpful in maintaining healthy metabolism rates, curbing sugar cravings, and may be helpful in your weight management strategy. This is a very simple recipe, but Glycemic Vibrance is also very enjoyable in just water – with a natural Orange-Mango flavor. 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup water

Handful organic baby spinach (or try with a scoop of Green Vibrance)

Ice

1 scoop Glycemic Vibrance

Directions:

Blend ingredients until smooth & enjoy!
