Juice of two lemons

1 Tbsp raw honey

1/4 cup hot water

1 quart filtered water

1 scoop Vibrance Citrus Cucumber greens powder




Mix honey into hot water until dissolved.

Combine filtered water, Vibrance powder, and honey mixture in a pitcher.

Add ice.


Royal Smoothie Bowl


1 slice cantaloupe

2 capsules Cran Naturelle, opened

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1/4 cup pomegranate juice

Directions: Blend all ingredients together. Transfer to a small bowl and add your favorite toppings! 



Iced Matcha Latte

Start your morning with this refreshingly delicious matcha latte. The matcha green tea powder—packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants—will give you a stable caffeine buzz and leave you feeling raring to go!

Iced Matcha Latte


5 oz.  unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk 

1 scoop Vanilla ProMatcha

2 drops organic stevia (vanilla if you have it!)

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of pink sea salt

Handful of ice 

5 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk 



Blend all ingredients.

In a medium size glass, add a handful of ice, followed by matcha mix. Enjoy!

1/2 pear

1 scoop Green Vibrance

1/2 avocado

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup low-fat granola

2/3 cup almond milk


1. Blend all ingredients except for the low-fat granola into a high speed blender. Blend until smoothe, then transfer to a bowl. Top with granola and enjoy! 

ProMatcha Overnight Oats


½ cup organic oats

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 scoop ProMatcha Vanilla protein powder

¼ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tbsp. almond butter

Fresh blueberries (or your other favorite toppings)


  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and ProMatcha Vanilla.
  2. Next, add the almond butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Shake or stir until well combined.
  3. Place oats in refrigerator overnight. Add blueberries or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!


Chocolate pudding cups with hidden greens? YES!



  • 1 cup chopped bittersweet chocolate (at least 72% cacao), melted
  •  3 very ripe avocados
  •  ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Field of Greens
  •  ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (or your favorite sweetener)
  • 1 cup coco whip, lite
  • Chopped almonds and toasted coconut flakes (as toppings)


  1. In a bowl or food processor, mash avocado until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, melted chocolate, coconut milk, honey, and Field of Greens. Blend until smooth.
  3. If not sweet enough, add more honey (or other sweetener). If too sweet, add a pinch of cocoa powder

To serve:

In a glass: Add a layer of chocolate pudding, then add a layer of whipped cream, followed by slivered almonds and toasted coconut. Repeat layers until the cup is full (but we think three layers looks great).
