1 cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen mangoes
2 cups mixed tropical fruit that has bananas, strawberries, and mangoes (so much mango! Yum!)
1 cup baby rainbow carrots
1 scoop Green Vibrance
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp spirulina powder
I used a Vitamix but any blender will do the job. Just read the directions below.
Vitamix: Add all ingredients together and blend well alternating between speed 4 and 6 until smooth.
All other blenders add nut milk, powders, and seeds first. Then slowly add in frozen fruit and carrots in little batches until all ingredients are in blender and smooth.
