This image and recipe is another from our Instagram pal @briancyanide – this week his smoothie focus has been recovering from Memorial Day weekend BBQ indulgences. 

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 naval orange

1 peach

5 strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup cranberries

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp acai powder

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1.5 cups almond milk

1 scoop or 1 packet PureGreen Protein Vanilla

1/2 tsp MSM
