Maybe some of you out there have tried Fire Cider? Essentially it's a combination of ingredients that pack quite a punch for your tastebuds and rock your immune system (in a good way). Since Vibrant Cleanse already contains lemon juice and cayenne pepper, I thought why not make our own version of this cider. This seemed especially relevant as we work our way into cold & flu season (which has already caught a handful of people in the office). Not for the faint of heart, but a little bit goes a long way. I know you're thinking, "raw garlic?!" Yes, raw garlic. Sometimes, especially in sick season, repelling people is a good thing! I kid, it's nothing a breath mint can't take care of and the benefits make this power shot worth it.
1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 small cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional as there is cayenne pepper in #vibrantcleanse)
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Dash of honey
1 scoop Vibrant Cleanse
1.5 cups water
Directions: Blend ingredients until smooth. You could consume this a few different ways: drink the whole glass, take shots of it, freeze it into ice cubes, heat it up and drink it like a tea.
